Battlestar Galactica Mini-Series Part 3e

New Scene:
Back on the Ragnar Anchorage, the commander and stranger are walking down a flight of stairs when the latter heaves over with more serious health issues. The stranger asks, "What is it about this place? What is it doing to me?" The commander with a suspicious look replies, "Must be your allergies." The stranger shakes his head and says, "I don't have allergies." The commander replies, "I didn't think so .... But you got a sylica pathway into your brain or whatever it is you call that thing you pretender to think with ....it's decomposing as we speak." The stranger replies, "It's the storm, isn't it? It put's out something .... something that you discovered has an effect on cylon technology .... that's it, isn't it? This is refuge ... and so you put a fleet out here, a last ditch effort to hide from the cylon attack. It's not enough, I mean I've been here for hours ... once they find you? It won't take them that long to destroy you. They'll be in and out, before they even get a headache." The commander with revenge in his eyes, grabs the stranger, pulls him to his feet, then says, "Maybe! But you .... but you won't find out, because you'll be dead in a few minutes. How does that make you feel?" The stranger then explains that when he dies, his consciousness will be transferred to another body and Adama tells him that if he could have transferred out of there, he would have done it long before then. Then he says, the atmosphere is preventing it and that when he dies, he isn't going anywhere, which seems to discourage the Cylon. Then he says, "It doesn't matter ... Sooner or later there comes a day when you can't hide from the things you've done. The commander looks curiously worried about what the Cylon is talking about. Then we see the Cylon grab the commanders throat and a big fight breaks out. Commander Adama ends up winning.

New Scene:
Back on the Battlestar Galactica, we see Gaeta talking to Dr. Baltar who is still trying to figure out how the attack was carried out. Gaeta says, "So, let me get this straight ... The Cylon's found a way to use your navigation program to disable our ships?" Dr. Baltar replies, "Essentially, yes. I think they are using the CMP to infect your ships with some sort of computer virus that makes your ships susceptible to Cylon commands." Gaeta replies, "Uh, well, you can see we do have your CMP navigation program here on Galactica, but our computers aren't networked, so, it's never been loaded into primary memory or even in test run." Dr. Baltar nods, "That's good. Well, you shouldn't have any problems then. Still, I should purge any remaining references to it on your memory tapes." Gaeta agrees and says, "You should probably retrofit the new Vipers, as well." Gaeta then, hands him a checklist for the CIC computer and the doctor thanks him. As Gaeta turns to leave, he pauses and tries to console the doctor, by saying he knows how hard it must be for him, considering the Cylon's used his program to nearly wipe out the human race. The doctor is interrupted by his hallucination of Number six, again, but he tries to ignore her and agrees, that it is difficult, but he knows it's not really his fault. He keeps his secret, that the truth is quite the contrary. After Gaeta leaves, Number Six continues to talk to Dr. Baltar and tries to convince him that they have a wonderful future together. Sarcastically the doctor agrees, but then she directs his vision to the silver briefcase that she was carrying on Caprica. It is lodged in an alcove above the center table. He then, becomes very worried, because there's only one way that briefcase could have gotten there. There's another Cylon infiltrator aboard the ship!
