Battlestar Galactica Season One, Episode "Thirty-three", Page 5

The camera switches to outside, where we see the three birds, flying a patrol around the fleet, then switches to the command center where Commander Adama and the colonel are walking toward a door. Colonel Tigh with exhaustion and relief in his voice says, "Ohhh ....A couple of hours of sleep, does sound awfully sweet, right about now." The commander replies, "You deserve it." Colonel Tigh responds, "Well, the truth is, all of this has me feeling more alive, than I have in years." The commander, who is standing face to face to him replies, "You look that way, too. It's good to see you without the cup in your hand." Colonel Tigh is a bit annoyed and replies, "Ahhh, don't start." The commander jokingly continues with, "You know there's a whole lot of people aboard this ship ...that wish you weren't feeling as good as you are." The colonel has a chuckle, then replies, with ,"If the crew doesn't hate the EXO, then he's not doing his job. Besides, I've got to make the old man look good." The commander replies with, "I always look good." Colonel Tigh turns to walk to his quarters and jokingly says, "Have you looked in the mirror?", to which the commander replies, "Seriously, it's one thing to push the crew, it's another to break em." All of a sudden we hear the alarm, and Gaeta yells, "Dradis contact! Bearing 3-4-8 mark 1-2-0 ...one ship!", a few seconds later he continues, "Getting recognition signal ..." and turns to the commander and says, "It's the Olympic Carrier, sir." Colonel Tigh yells, "She's not confirmed!", but Dee replies, "Confirmed, sir." The camera quickly switches outside to show the lone ship, Olympic Carrier, approaching the fleet from a vast distance. Back in the command center, Colonel Tigh says, "Thank the gods!", but surprisingly Commander Adama yells, "Action Stations!". The camera pans over to the colonel, who is in shock at the commander's order. Then, Commander Adama yells, "Put the fleet into Condition 1! I want all vipers manned and ready, but keep them in the tubes." Meanwhile, the colonel is on the COM, ordering Condition 1, throughout the ship, then Commander Adama yells another order, "Mr Gaeta? Restart the clock ...thirty-three minutes!" The colonel then tells Commander Adama, "I hope you're wrong.", to which the commander replies, "So, do I ...So, do I."

New Scene:
Back on the Colonial One, Dr. Baltar is hallucinating, that he is back at the beautiful house on the lake, with Number Six. Dr. Baltar accusingly says, "No, no, no, no. This is so, wrong! If they were left behind, why didn't the Cylon's destroy them?" He pauses, then continues, "Why are they showing up, now?" Number six responds with anger, "It's god's punishment for your lack of faith." Dr. Baltar replies, "Aw, that's just great, that is." With more urgency in his voice, he continues, "A more logical explanation, please.", to which Number Six replies, "Alright, the Olympic Carrier has been infiltrated by Cylon Agents ...They've been tracking the ship, all along." Dr. Baltar turns to her, with disbelief and says, "No...", he thinks about it for a second and continues, "Then that means ..." Number six responds, "Logically, in order for you to survive, the Olympic Carrier, should be destroyed."

New Scene:
The camera shows Boomer's Raptor and several Vipers, approaching the prodigal ship and she radios, "Olympic Carrier, Olympic Carrier. This is Raptor 478, call sign, Boomer. I have you in visual contact, please, respond on this channel, over." The ship responds with, "Roger, Raptor 478, this is the Olympic Carrier, we have you in visual contact. Thank the lord's of Kobol, you don't know how relieved we are to see you." Boomer replies with, "Roger that, Olympic Carrier. Can I ask about your where abouts?" The ship responds, "We've had trouble with our FTL drive. It took us almost three hours to fix." The camera switches back to the Galactica where Commander Adama orders, "Have Boomer ask them, how they escaped the Cylons." When Boomer carries out that order, the ship responds with, "You got me! They were closing in on us, when the rest of you were jumping. I thought we were goners and they just broke off. Someone must have been watching out for us." Meanwhile the president has been listening to the whole communication. Then the ship continues with it's communication with Raptor 478, "One other thing, Boomer, I've got a Dr. Amarack on board. He claims, that he has an urgent matter to discuss with the president, he's been driving me crazy." Boomer replies with, "Olympic Carrier, can you be more specific?" The ship responds, "I'm afraid I can't. He says something about a traitor in our midst and he's unwilling to share anymore than that."

The camera quickly switches to Dr. Baltar, onboard the Colonial One, who is very worried that Amarack will expose him. He stands up and speaks loudly, "Madam President? I strongly recommend that we cut off all communication with that ship, right away!" The president is shocked with this reply, "What? What are you? Why? ...why? Then Dr. Baltar yells, "Forgive me for being rude, but WAKE UP! The only reason the Olympic Carrier is still flying, is because the Cylons let them. So far, they've been tracking that ship, all along! There's probably a Cylon agent, on board right now!" The president tries to calm him down, then asks, "Now, start over." Then Dr. Baltar begins with, "Please, Madam President, I implore you. Listen to me. Cut off radio communication with that ship, before before they send, via broadcast signal, another computer virus to infect our ships, shortly before they blow us all up." The president, takes heed to his words and radios, "Commander Adama? Are you on the line?"

Back on the Galactica, we see Commander Adama give the order, "Cut off the speakers and put it through the line." He picks up the radio and says, "Yes, Madam President. And I am inclined to agree with Dr. Baltar."

Back on the Colonial one, we see the president nod and say, "Good, so do I." Billy, who is amazed at this revelation, looks to Dr. Baltar and says, "Thank the gods, you're with us.", but the doctor replies with, "God's got nothing to do with this."

Back on the Battlestar Galactica we see, Dee communicate with Raptor 478, "Boomer? This is Galactica. You're orders are to jam all transmissions from the Olympic Carrier. No further voice contact, is authorized." Boomer is greatly concerned, but responds with, "Roger that, Galactica." Then Dee communicates, "Boomer? Galactica. Orders are to send the Olympic carrier, the following message, by signal light. Message Begins: Maintain present position. Do not, repeat, Do not approach the fleet, until further notice." The camera switches over to show Boomer's Raptor flashing a light to signal the Olympic Carrier and then Dee finishes with, "Message ends."

Back on the Colonial One, the president says, "I'm getting a bad feeling, about where this is headed." Then the camera switches over to the Galactica and the commander replies with, "So, am I ...If the ship poses a threat to us, we have to eliminate that threat."
