Dr. Baltar has an argument with his vision of Number Six, so she disappears and he no longer has her consul in hallucination. In everyone's reality, a copy of Number Six shows up onboard the Battlestar Galactica, plotting to expose the doctor's involvement in the genocide of the human race.
Meanwhile, Starbuck is recovering from her wounds in sickbay and Chief Tyrol and crew try to repair the Cylon Raider, that she used to get off the moon she crashed landed on, in the last episode.
Onboard the Battlestar Galactica, Sharon is horrified that the investigation may lead to her being labeled a Cylon infiltrator.
Down on Caprica, Boomer and Helo have a large number of Cylons in hot pursuit.
