Battlestar Galactica Season Two, Episode "Scattered", Page 1
After Boomer guns down Commander Adama, Colonel Tigh takes over as temporary commander of the fleet and one of his first actions is to send Apollo to the brig for siding with the president. Also, the president is thrown into the Galactica's brig, after a successful military coup.
During one of the Cylon attacks, the Hyper Jump was botched leaving the fleet alone, without the Battlestar Galactica's protection. Moreover, Commander Adama's life hangs on a thin thread, without the medical attention from the civilian doctors.
Colonel Tigh tries to overcome his fear of being in command and while doing so, he experiences memory flashbacks of he and the commander's early friendship.
In order to save the fleet, the Battlestar Galactica must jump back to Kobol space, which puts them right in the middle of a Cylon fleet attack. They must network their computers, so that they can speed up the Hyper Jump calculation needed to rejoin the others. Doing so, puts them at risk to Cylon hacking and virus infection of their systems.
Down on Caprica, Helo and Starbuck have teamed up, so they can plan a way to retrieve the "Arrow of Apollo" and bring it back to the fleet.
Meanwhile, down on Kobol, Chief Tyrol and his crew are in a battle against Cylon ground troupes, while Dr. Baltar has hallucinations Of Number Six, which continue to haunt him.
