Battlestar Galactica Season 2.5, Episode "Epiphanies", Page 1
President Roslin lies dying in the Battlestar Galactica's sickbay and gives the order to destroy the Cylon-Human hybrid baby, while Sharon waits in her prison cell to learn the fate of her unborn child.
Dr. Baltar will automatically assume the presidency when Laura Roslin dies.
A large group of Cylon sympathizers sabotage the fleet, demanding attention and to be heard. They want peace with the Cylons and are willing to do anything, even kill their own kind! Commander Adama arrests the leader and interrogates him, however, the arrest does nothing stop the sympathizers. They continue to bring more violence, by bombing the refinery ship, which leaves the fleet vulnerable to attack, because of fuel shortage.
Dr. Baltar discovers that the blood of the unborn Cylon-Human hybrid baby holds the key to curing the president's cancer. Later, Dr. Baltar arranges Gina's escape from prison and is manipulated by Number Six into giving her and the Cylon Sympathizers the Nuclear Warhead that he holds in his laboratory.
Meanwhile, Commander Adama is promoted to Admiral by President Roslin!
