Battlestar Galactica Season 2.5, Episode "Lay Down Your Burdens Part 1", Page 1
Onboard the Battlestar Pegasus, Starbuck is consumed with the hope of returning to Caprica with a rescue team to retrieve Anders and the rest of the survivors left abandoned on the planet.
President Roslin and Dr. Baltar prepare their speeches for the upcoming debate, but Number Six continues to advise Baltar that her god has a plan for him and everything will work out as intended.
Meanwhile, Cally looks for Chief Tyrol down in the hangar bay and when she finds him asleep, she attempts to wake him; however, the chief is startled out of a nightmare and Cally is brutally beaten and is rendered severely bleeding and unconscious. When he finally realizes that it was just a bad dream, he is shocked and devastated by what he did to Cally and screams for someone to help.
President Roslin is way ahead in the race for re-election, but a returning Raptor brings news of the discovery of a habitable planet and Dr. Baltar uses this information to take the lead in the polls, when he plays to the hearts of the population and their need to find a new home, so they can stop running and live a normal life.
Tyrol goes to see a priest named "Brother Cavil" for spiritual guidance and discovers that the nightmares he's been having manifest themselves due to his deep fear that he may be a Cylon, like his late girlfriend Boomer.
As the rescue team reaches the survivors on Caprica, they are overwhelmed by Cylon Ground forces.
