Battlestar Galactica Season Two, Episode "Valley of Darkness", Page 1

The Battlestar Galactica rejoins the fleet, but unfortunately, a Cylon computer virus has infected their systems, which causes their defenses to be comprimised. At the same time, Cylon Centurions have boarded the ship and the crew is attempting to hold them off, while protecting sensitive areas of the ship.

Apollo convinces the armed guards to release him and the president from the brig, while Billy takes the president to safety. Then, Apollo leads the marines on a counter offensive against the Cylon intruders.

Meanwhile, Commander Adama, is in critical condition down in the Galactica's sickbay.

Colonel Tigh figures out what the Cylons have planned, they are attempting to vent the ships atmosphere and once the crew is dead, they will turn the Battlestar Galactica's mighty guns on the rest of the fleet, completely wiping out the human race. The only thing between the Cylon's success and the fleet's survial is Apollo and the few marines that helped him escape from the brig.

Down on Caprica, Starbuck and Helo break into her old apartment for supplies and find a useful piece of machinery to help defend against the Cylon pursuit.

Meanwhile, back on Kobol, the mission to bring back medical suplies for Socinus arrives too late and Number Six warns Dr. Baltar that only one human will survive to see the planet Earth.
