Battlestar Galactica Season Two, Episode "The Farm", Page 1
As Commander Adama retakes command, he must located Apollo and the president who have gone into hiding, somewhere in the fleet. Later, the commander grieves over the death of his trusted officer, Boomer, even though she tried to assassinate him, just days before.
Apollo and the president plan to discredit Commander Adama, so that she can gain support for retaking control of the government. The president tells the fleet that she is the prophesied leader mentioned in the scrolls, much to everyone's shock. When her ship makes the jump back to Kobol, a great many ships from the fleet follow her, believing her earlier statement to be true.
Meanwhile, down on Caprica, Starbuck is wounded while on a recon mission and is brought to a hospital to be treated by a doctor, who seems to be a Cylon Sympathizer. She later discovers that the doctor is really a Cylon and has to dispose of him, in order to make for freedom. While escaping, she discovers that the Cylons have been experimenting with cross-breeding humans and Cylons.
