Helo, walks into the bar and is stopped, when Starbuck says, "Hey. It's Malerak-Man. Everybody run." Helo responds with, "Relax, the doc dosed me." Gaeta says, "I hear it was pretty rough done there, eh?" Helo replies with, "Only, if you're a Sagittaron." Helo pauses for a moment, then continues, "Dying, ya know? It just seems, so senseless." Chief Tyrol replies with, "Yeah, well ...You'll get no tears from me. It's bad enough, my gang's gotta sweat through their stench ...I have a feeling, we're going to wake up one of these mornings and I'm going to be really pissed, because we're out of meds ...because those Frack-heads saw the light and now we gotta share." Apollo replies with, "You gonna babble? Or shoot?", as Tyrol throws the ball in anger, but misses. When he does, the group has a chuckle and Chief Tyrol continues, "None of those religious freaks, lifted a finger, down on New Caprica ..." Apollo interrupts him with, "Hey, chief. Knock it off." Tyrol continues, "Why? A lot of good resistance people, lost their lives." and with a serious tone, Apollo replies, "I said, knock it off. Alright?" Chief Tyrol notices Dee, who is standing near and overheard him talking. He then realizes, that she is from Sagittaron, which humbles his reply, "Oh. Sorry, Dee." She doesn't seem to be affected by the insult and says, "It's alright. I have more of a reason to be mad at them, than you do. I AM Sagittaron. Most of them are paranoid, pigheaded, and argumentative." Helo replies with, "Yeah, well ...They're sure making it miserable for Dr. Robert." Dee, with resentment and sarcasm, in her voice, continues, "Medicine is an abomination. It's a sin against the gods. Physicians are spreading disease, which they refuse to acknowledge, that the body and the mind are myths."

Apollo, who just finished his turn in the game, grabs Dee and pulls her close, then says, "Well, this body is no myth." Dee, let's out a little yelp, then her and Apollo start making out, which causes Starbuck to throw a jealous glance toward their display. They break up the affection, then Dee says, "If I get sick, I'm going to see Dr. Robert. Anyone, but Cottle ...Near sighted, bastard. He may, as well use a spike, instead of a needle." The whole group has a laugh, then the scene ends.

New Scene:
Still onboard the Battlestar Galactica, Athena, who is visiting Caprica Six in her cell, asks, "So, they're treating you well, then?" Caprica Six replies with, "Yeah ...well enough." After a short pause, she continues, "They take a while to get to the point, though. Don't they?" Athena sits down on the bench and says, "Look, Six. I want to thank you, for what you did. I'm still not sure, why you did it, though." Caprica Six, starts to hallucinate, where her Dr. Baltar says, "Exactly. What are we doing, here? How could you, possibly, throw yourself on the mercy of these people?" Athena continues, "...And now you're here.", to which Caprica Six replies, "Yep." Athena, then says, "Your best chance of survival, is to work with them ...And that means to help expose Baltar for his crimes." After a short pause, Athena says, "Look, I gotta go, so umm ...I'm going to look into some clothes, for you ...Please, take care of yourself." and she gets up to leave.

As Athena is leaving the jail cell, Caprica Six says, "Hey? Thank you, for the visit ..it's nice to have some company ...thank you." Then, the camera pans over to show the president and her aide listening to the conversation. When Athena leaves, her Dr. Baltar asks, "Do you think any of them, care about you?" She replies with, I imagine they don't." He replies with, "So, what are you doing here, again?" She replies with, I'm still trying to figure that out." He then says, "So, you're here to save him, are you?" She looks shocked and says, "I told you, I don't know." Her Dr. Baltar then says, "You're here, because you want to be human.", which brings a tear and a smile to Caprica Six's face, but then he gives her his usual bad advice, "There's a trick to being human. You have to think, only about yourself." and moves closer to kiss her on the lips.

Meanwhile, the president and her aide are watching and listening to the whole thing, when the president asks, "Ok. What do you think she is doing now?" She is referring to the sensual motions that Caprica Six is displaying, then her aide replies, "I don't know." The president replies with, "Well, she's talking to something or someone. I don't know, I've seen her do it, before."

New Scene:
Still onboard the Battlestar Galactica, the scene picks up where it left off, where the refugees are screaming, "He's a murderer!", "Fracken Killer!", "Get him!" and chaos has escalated to a full blown riot. We see the crowd attacking Dr. Robert, but Helo and his men arrive, just in time to break it up. With weapons drawn, Helo yells, "Everybody back! Move back! Back away, now!" We hear a boy scream, "They killed my father!" Dr. Robert yells, "I tried to help him, you ignorant fool!"

After Helo gets the doctor to safety, he asks, "So, you immunized the old man, but he still died? ...Buckminster and his family are fundamentalists. What made them change their minds, about getting immunized?", to which the doctor replies, "Changed their mind? Who said they changed their mind? I administered the Bitamucin, on my own." Helo is surprised by the doctor's comment and asks, "Without their consent?", to which the doctor replies, "Look, it was the middle of the night, I was doing my rounds and the old man was screaming in pain ...I mean, what was supposed to do?" Helo then says, "Ok, I don't understand, aren't we rationing? It was well after, the 48 hours." The doctor replies with, "Yeah, that's right, but it's not exact, everybody's different." He pauses and realizes that Helo is not buying it, so he admits, "Ok, he was marginal ...", then he gets defensive with, "Look, I'm not going to sit here and apologize to you for doing my job. Now, I got two Picons down there, who are starting to show symptoms. Now, I'm going to go treat them, if it's alright with you." As the doctor walks away, the camera pans over to show a shocked look on Helo's face.

New Scene:
Still onboard the Battlestar Galactica, the scene starts in Admiral Adama's office, where Helo is explaining, "The doctor's version of when he administered the drug, greatly differed from that of Mrs. King." The admiral replies, as if he had not been paying attention and with little concern, "Who?" Helo, who is confused with the admiral's, obvious disinterest, replies with, "The woman ...the one I told you about ...Mrs. King. Her son showed symptoms. She, immediately, took him to Robert for treatment ...the boy still died." He pauses for a moment, then continues, "In the other case, Robert treated a Sagittaron, without the man's consent." Dr. Cotter replies with, "Well, that's something we probably should have done to all of them, in the first place. This disease would have been gone, by now. The only reason we didn't, is because we are trying to respect the customs of the Sagitarons." Helo replies, "But, that's the point, he didn't respect them." Then, he turns to the admiral and says, "Sir? People could be dying, under Robert's care." Dr. Cottle interrupts, "People die, under my care, every day. It goes with the damn job." Helo, replies with a frustrated, "Killing doesn't." Dr. Cottle replies, "Killing!?" and Colonel Tigh interjects, "You are, way out of line!" He turns to the admiral and says, "Mike Robert, deserves better than this." Helo, replies, "Even, if I'm wrong. Even, if he isn't treating some of these people unethically, I'm concerned, that he's created a situation, down there ...It's bad."
