The camera pans outside, to show the Raptor's side door is being opened and you can see that everyone onboard is wearing space suits, for protection. Then, Apollo radios, "Galactica? Apollo. Raptor door is open. We're standing by. Ready, to execute." The scene switches back inside Airlock 12, where the admiral orders, "Chief? Cally? The Raptor is in position, we gotta go, now!" and then he turns to Seelix, with the order, "Get ready to blow the hatch. On my mark."

The camera pans over to the chief telling his wife, "Ok, no matter what, you hold on to me ...and don't let go."

The camera pans back to the control room, where the admiral is counting down, "Three! Two! One!" He turns to Seelix and yells, "Do it!" As soon as he gives the order, she blows the hatch and the scene switches back outside, to show a huge explosion, as the airlock doors are blown off the side of the ship. With the explosion, countless debris is flung directly at the Raptor and some shrapnel knocks it out of control. We hear the alarm go off and Apollo yells, "Woah! Watch out! Bank Right, Bank Right!" As he gives the order, we see an enormous airlock door and several crates and supplies, on a high speed collision course, with the raptor. Athena, brilliantly, maneuvers out of the way and back into position and she yells, "I'm in position!" Apollo yells, "Pull up your nose! Pull up!" and we see Galen and Cally clutching each other, as they make the heroic jump for their lives! They are flying through space, with no protection, while debris is flying everywhere, and as they approach the Raptor, Athena pulls up just in time, to make the catch. When she does, Galen and Cally slam into the inner wall of the Raptor and seconds later, the side door is shut. Athena, with package in hand, flies as fast as she can to the landing bay, where a medical team is waiting to receive the emergency. En route, Apollo radios, "Galactica? Apollo. Raptor is secured and pressurized. They're in rough shape, we gotta get them to sickbay, right away!"

New Scene:
Back on the Battlestar Galactica, Apollo, walks into his father's quarters and stands at the door. He knocks on the wall and the admiral says, "Come in." As Apollo walks over to where his father is sitting, the admiral asks, "So, any word on the chief and Cally?" Apollo replies with ,"They're alive, but Dr. Cottle is still evaluating their condition.", as he takes a seat on the couch. Apollo asks, "Sir? Are you going to tell me, what's going on with you?" The admiral pulls out his wedding picture and says, "It's THIS day." Apollo looks at the picture, realizes that he had forgotten, and says, "My god, it's your anniversary. I had totally forgotten." The admiral replies, "It probably seems foolish, especially the way it all ended up, but still ...it still means something to me." He turns to Apollo and says, "We've never talked about it ...the divorce ...your mother." Apollo shakes his head and says, "It was a bad time, for all of us." The admiral replies, "Your mother gave ya ...and your brother ...a home ...stability." Apollo replies, "Dad? I know you want to believe that, but ...you know what? Forget it. It was a long time ago." The admiral looks at him with concern and says, "If you have something to say, son. Just say it." Apollo has a hard time talking about it, but he replies, "That we had four walls ...and stability. My gods, you knew what mom was like. I mean, the mood swings. It's why you left her." The admiral replies with, "Well, we had problems, but she cared deeply for you and your brother." Apollo replies with, "Things changed after you left ...I mean there were times, where she lost control."

The admiral starts hearing his wife defend herself, "Don't listen to him, Bill!" Apollo continues, "She would try to apologize. She would promise, that she would make things better ...But, then she would just start drinking and then all of her good intentions would just go flying out the Fracken window." After hearing Apollo, the admiral thinks about the question, "Is it true?" and his wife answers, "I can't believe, you would ask me that." The admiral repeats his question, "Damn it! Is it true!?"

Apollo continues, "And then one day, finally ...even the apologies stopped." The admiral turns to Apollo and says, "That's enough." Then we hear his wife yell, "You walked out on me! You walked out on ME!!! The brilliant commander!! Who could lead all of his men into combat, but he couldn't find a way to live with his own family!!! We never lived anywhere, for more than six months! Just following you around, from one base to another! Waiting for you to come home! But, you weren't here for any of us!!!", as she knocks everything on the table to the floor and as the glass shatters, she continues to scream, "It was always what was easiest, for the great Adama!!!" The admiral replies with a resentful, "They needed you. They were our children." Shocked at this response, his wife walks over to him and with her own resentment, says, "They needed a father!"

The admiral looks over at his son and while reflecting over his thoughts, he hears his wife continue, "All through your glorious career, you have prided yourself on being a leader of men! Judging people! Always, making the hard call! But, when it came to the biggest decision of your life! ...Oh, Bill! You blew it!! We were wrong for each other, from day one, but you just couldn't accept that. That's it, that's why you keep calling me back. Because, if you had made that mistake, it would just call into question all of your other decisions."

The admiral, finally speaks up, "She was still your mother, Lee. I loved her." Apollo replies, "I believe you. I just don't think, she ever loved you."

New Scene:
Still onboard the Battlestar Galactica, down in sickbay, Seelix carries the baby over to Tyrol, who is lying on a bed recovering. As she approaches the bed, she says, "Hey? I dropped by daycare. Somebody wanted to see you." and she holds the baby up to the chief's line of sight. Seelix asks the baby, "Who's that?" and the chief says, "Hey, little man." Seelix, then asks, "How's she doing?" The chief replies in a meek voice, "Doc Cottle, says she's ok, but its going to be a while, before she's a hundred percent."

Then, the chief struggles to get to his feet, so he can carry the baby over to the Hyperbaric Chamber, where Cally is still being treated. The baby starts crying, so the chief rocks him back and forth and says, "Ohhh ...Want to go see mommy? Yeah, Let's go see mommy. Come on. She's over here.", which seemed to work like a charm. Once they reach the Hyperbaric Chamber, he looks through the window and sees his wife resting, motionless, before saying, "Cal? ...Cal? ...Sweetie?" and we see Cally's eyes blink several times, before opening wide.
