New Scene:
The scene starts out, showing Chief Tyrol onboard a Raptor, en route to the fuel refinery ship. Then, fast forwards, to show a door being opened and the chief being greeted by one of the crewman, "Tyrol." and the chief replies, "Kevin." They both smile and give each other a welcome hug, since they haven't seen each other in a long time. As they proceed up the stairs, Kevin says, "You know, I gotta tell you. I started feeling a lot better, when I heard they were sending you. I been talking you up, telling everybody how the union on New Caprica, really stood up for the little guy." The chief says, "Yeah ...", then they both look over to see a gigantic room, where only a tiny amount of Tylium is piled up at the opposite end. Kevin says, "You're looking at the fleets' entire supply of Tylium." Chief Tyrol asks, "How many jumps, do you think we got?" Kevin replies, "We would be lucky, if we got out of the system."

The two of them go on a tour of the refinery and we see many people doing their jobs, when the chief notices quite a few people looking in his direction. The chief makes the observation, "This is a big operation." and Kevin replies, "Yeah. Well, you should see this place, when it's up and running. As loud as an A-Bomb and just about as safe." They continue with the tour for a while, then Kevin says, "Listen. We really need this downtime. I mean look around. The next time some of these machines Frack up, it might not just take out a Raptor. This ship, really is a big bomb, just waiting to go up." Chief Tyrol replies, "Look, I understand the risk, but I need to see it working, so pull your guys off and let's uhh ...fire it up." The camera pans over the chief shoulders to show a young boy say, "It ain' t gonna work." Chief Tyrol is surprised at his age and asks, "You work here?" Kevin interjects, "This is Milo. The best greece jockey I got." Chief Tyrol says, "Milo, huh? Ok, Milo. So, why is it not going to work? Is there something you guys aren't telling me? Come on." The boy doesn't answer, so after a short pause, the chief says, "Ok. So, I guess I'll just have to have a look for myself." and starts looking deeper into the operation. He comes across a damaged valve and says, "Is that a pressure relief? The seals are missing." Milo, with an I told you so, tone of voice, replies, "They all are." Chief Tyrol replies, "Without pressure seals, the machinery wont run. Well, where are they?" Milo replies, "I guess they got lost, huh?" The chief gets serious with his reply, "You guys? You can't be Fracken around with this stuff. The admiral won't stand for it.", to which the boy resentfully replies, "The admiral can kiss my ass." Kevin interrupts and says, "Hey? Hey!" to try to calm the boy down, then turns to Tyrol and says, "Come on, chief. You know what this is about. I guess when working conditions improve, they let Zenno out of jail, we'll be able to find those seals. Till then, it looks like this ship isn't going to be refining another drop of Tylium and that means the fleet isn't going anywhere."

New Scene:
Onboad the Battlestar Galactica, Chief Tyrol, is in the admiral's office to report, "I have executed a search of the ship, but the seals have not turned up." The admiral replies, "You know that this was sabotage. I'm inclined to have them locked up." In an attempt to have the admiral go easy on them, the chief says, "Sir? Please. They could have rigged something, to have me injured. They could have contaminated the fuel on purpose and left all of our ships dead in the air." The president interrupts, "Good gods." The chief continues, "All they did do, is by themselves some time. The machinery does need overhauling. There's a reason that the quality control is failing. You realize, that most of the people on that ship, have not had a day off, since the original attacks on the colonies? It's like slave labor."

The admiral turns to the chief and says, "Don't be absurd." Chief Tyrol continues, "The men and women, aboard that ship, are stuck there. They can't leave. They can't transfer. They have no control over their lives." The president replies, "And the work is hard, we know that. Do they think they are having a picnic on the Algae processing plant, or munitions, or waste processing? The fleet is filled with ships, with people working under horrific conditions and nobody's having a good time." Chief Tyrol replies, "Well, I think that if we release Zenno and start talking to them about improving working conditions and living conditions, that the protest will go away. They'll return the pressure seals and we'll get the fuel contamination problem under control." The president replies with, "Extortion is not an acceptable method of protest. What are the names of the leaders?"

At first, Chief Tyrol doesn't answer, which makes the admiral glare directly at him. Worried about the consequences of remaining silent, the chief decides to comply, "Just Kevin." and the president says, "I will issue a warrant for his arrest." The admiral says, "Put him in the brig, let him sweat it out." The chief sighs with the feeling of injustice, then says, "Admiral? Madam President? They're just trying to ..." The president interrupts, "Chief? No ...We're done." to signal the end of the discussion.
