Battlestar Galactica Season 3, Episode "Collaborators", Page 1

Colonel Tigh, Chief Tyrol, and Samuel Anders, form a secret tribunal in order to try, convict, and execute known Cylon Collaborators, during the occupation of New Caprica. Down in one of the Battlestar Galactica's many cargo holds, Jammer is convicted for being a member of the Human-Police and is blown out an airlock for his betrayal.

Zarek takes over as president, after Baltar is taken captive by the Cylon fleet and decides, that since he has no support from Admiral Adama or his military, he will cede the presidency to Roslin, if she will appoint him vice president. She agrees to the proposal, but unknown to Roslin, one of Zarek's first acts as president, was to authorize the secret tribunal of vigilantes to execute known Cylon Collaborators.

When the tribunal puts Gaeta on trial for the sole reason of being President Baltar's aide during the occupation, Anders decides he has had enough of the bloodshed and quits. Starbuck takes his place and she longs for revenge, so the tribunal has enough votes to convict and execute the former tactical officer of the Battlestar Galactica.

Light years away, Dr. Baltar wakes up to find that he is captive aboard a Cylon Baseship. The Cylon's own tribunal must vote on his fate and when they are deadlocked, Number Six must decide if her love for him is greater than that of her own people.

Meanwhile, a convicted Gaeta is prepared to be blown out an airlock, even though he was the one who supplied the resistance with inside information throughout the occupation. The tribunal is unaware of his vital and redeeming role and Gaeta isn't telling, because somehow he feels guilty, even though he did the best he could with the cards that were dealt to him.

The above summary is complete and a full episode recap will soon follow!
